I don’t know how she’s done it, but Erin has found a way to reach out through the monitor and kick my butt into shape! Her short core class was intense for me this time around. Those side planks with the leg raises are a killer! (Felt more confident on the left side though, so I’ll take that!)
Does anyone else get any sharp ish aches in their palms while in downdog sometimes? I have found on occasion that my left palm will usually spasm and hurt so much that I have to try and shake it out before continuing on. What does this mean!?
On a more positive note, the delicious feels going from sphinx to plank are plentiful. I highly recommend you take a dip.
